The migration to a shared design system provided an opportunity to unify GQ’s digital experience while maintaining its iconic brand identity. By standardizing templates across platforms, we could empower editors with tools to create compelling content while enhancing the user experience with consistent, visually engaging layouts.
CHALLENGE
Crafting a universal design language required balancing creative flexibility with standardization. The templates had to accommodate a wide range of content types, from in-depth features to style guides, while ensuring the design upheld GQ’s authority and visual appeal across devices.
RESULTS
