Collaborating with Owsla's President of A&R, I helped streamline their talent scouting and music publishing process through product design. Our joint effort led to the development of an in-house tool that simplified A&R operations, featuring an upvoting system to elevate artist prospects and facilitate contract acquisition with the label.
