Boosting revenue with fashion show coverage and discovery.

As we integrated Vogue Runway into Condé Nast's unified design system, we aimed to transform collection galleries into a strategic avenue for revenue growth. We set out to find ways to introduce advertisements into our most visited and effective content, establish a new ad logic tailored to user interactions, and leverage design innovations to encourage prolonged engagement in gallery browsing. In January 2021, we introduced a revamped user experience, marking the successful conclusion of our transition to the unified design system and the phasing out of outdated platforms. I was responsible for the end-to-end design, leading this initiative as the sole product designer.
